Going to split my dose so it’ll be a quarter tab, does it make any difference how you take it?

Liothyronine is really well absorbed (95%) so you shouldn’t have a problem. I take mine three minutes before breakfast and at bedtime.

👋 are you meaning sub lingually, stomach or both? I do find it easy to absorb I can pretty much feel it recharging me on contact 🤗

I am adding in an afternoon dose but trying to avoid all the other supplements and HRT
