Headaches, no energy, sore eyes, felling always tired and mild sore neck. Please help
Hello Brad,
Welcome to our forum and sorry to hear that you are feeling unwell.
No one in the forum is medically trained but I would suggest that if suffering from headaches and sore eyes, perhaps you should have an eye sight test.
If you were to have a thyroid issue, there are many different symptoms but lethargy is perhaps the most well known.
If you suspect a thyroid problem, ask your doctor for a thyroid hormone blood test and post the results complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) for members to interpret them for you.
I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you for the help
Welcome to our forum Brad
I am sorry that you are too young to be bothered by health issues.
It is common for young people to get Glandular Fever so I would ask your doctor to examine you for that.
At the same time, he should also give you a Full Thyroid Function Test which consists of TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3, Vitamin B, Vitamin D, iron, ferritin and folate.
The doctor should palpate your neck (in thyroid area) to see if your thyroid gland is swollen.
Get the blood test at the earliest possible time and don't eat before it. Get a print-out of your blood test results with the ranges and post on a new question.
Re Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, they are actually vital hormones and all of the above can cause problems if deficient.
Best wishes
Hi Brad,
Sorry to hear that you're unwell. (It's miserable feeling so tired all the time, isn't it when your friends are probably out partying).
As Flower007 said I'm not medically trained, but from experience (I had glandular fever in my 20's) your list of symptoms sounds similar to mine. You do need to see a doctor as a blood test is probably going to be required for your diagnosis.
I'm not sure if that helps you in anyway. Hope you feel better soon.
