How to find my own posts?

I know this might seem daft but I can't find my own posts from which I have had some important information. I can find my messages but not my own posts. Can someone advise, please? I even think I've asked this before but ... I can't find my own posts ... 8X

I can't even find where the emoticons list I was involved with ages ago is - hence the gaffe!!!

Click on your name on the top green bar, click on Profile and cursor down slightly and click either on User Posts or User Activity.
