What to do???
Yes. Rosacea is a sypmtom of low thyroid.
What do you mean by '50 to 70'? 50 one day and 70 the next? Not advised. Why not 60 a day. Cytomel is not like Synthroid. You can do that with Synthroid, or you can even take your whole weeks dose in one go, because it's a storage hormone, T4, and what counts is the total, not the individual days. But Cytomel is the active T3, and you need a steady dose of that from day to day, otherwise your body won't know if it's coming or going! Very bad for the metabolism.
However, T3 alone is not the answer. All your nutrients have to be optimal for you to be able to use the hormone your taking. Have you had vit D, vit B12, folate, iron and ferrritin tested?

Bhohstadt, According to the links below the causes of rosacea are uncertain. My sister has had rosacea for years and finds stress causes flare ups. She is prescribed oral antibiotics to take when the flare up is very painful but as they have a sedative effect on her she isn't keen on taking them. Sis is hypothyroid after RAI for Graves but the rosacea preceded Graves by a long time.
Yes, it can. Unfortunately if we have one autoimmune disease we can get others.
