I get very confused and forgetful, can’t stay at home have to work. Been looking for work but feel so confused when at Interview or just forget what I’m saying. This is embarrassing.
I don’t understand the T3, T4 everyone talks about. Need to join a group, I’m in Basingstoke.
Please help staring to get very frustrated.

Marcia25, those results mean you are very undermedicated and hypothyroid, which is why you are feeling confused ('brain fog'). TSH should be just above or below 1.0, although some need it lower or even suppressed to feel well, and FT4 >19 if you were optimally medicated. Ask your GP for a dose increase and make sure to have a blood test 6 weeks later as you will need more increases to get your level right. If levels don't improve as your dose is increased your GP should refer you to an endocrinologist.
