Well I've got Underactive thyroid, acid reflux, vertigo and a load of other annoying issues.
Friday I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Feel like throwing in the towel as it's all getting on top of me trying to cope with all this and work and home

Hi Pebbles Sorry to read that you are feeling so bad. Are you due a blood test or have you got any recent results to post on here. There are so many people on here willing to help so posting results and ranges may help shed some light on why you feel terrible. Like you I am hypo and in the past have had terrible vertigo but never made the connection. Sending you a cyber hug and the hope that you will feel better soon. Best wishes.
I can understand you must feel overwhelmed as being hypo is enough to deal with. Having sleep which is contantly broken will only add to that. Try to get a nap during the day to help.
Well, that could explain a lot! 50 is only a starting dose and should have been increased after six weeks! When did you have your last blood test? If you haven't had one recently, you should get one as soon as possible.
Sleep apnea is a thyroid symptom, not a disease, so you can't be 'diagnosed' with it. Acid reflux is a hypo symptom, due to low stomach acid. Vertigo can be a thyroid symptoms or could be due to low vit B12, caused by the low stomach acid due to low thyroid...
It all comes back to the thyroid, and my guess is, you are grossly Under-medicated. Get tested soon and ask for an increase in levo.
