Can to much or to little levothyroxine cause high blood pressure my blood pressure keeps going high and low

I have just looked at your earlier post and I suspect you are not on enough medication. It would be helpful if you could post your last thyroid bloods and the ranges, in figures in brackets, and also your blood pressure readings, both the high and the low ones. If we have more details if could be easier to offer advice. Tell us all you can about you recent history even if you don't think it's relevant and we can take it from there.

As silverfox said. But being hypo can give you high blood pressure. Also blood pressure varies throughout the day, and according to circumstances. I posted a video about blood pressure a while ago. I'll see if I can find it.
