Nice one Greygoose. I do the breathing one whilst I'm doing the feet up one, which l learned when on a holistic course a few years ago. It helps me personally, although. I'll nights sleep evades me constantly. It helps me to drop off though.

You know, compromised adrenals are often responsible for sleeping difficulties, so the sweet and salty one sounds good to me - although I don't know if I'd be able to swallow it! lol Sounds a bit gross. For myself, it's since my dog died that I have difficulty sleeping, perhaps that stressed my adrenals more than I realised.

I do the tart cherry thing. There's something called cherry active I get from H&B when it's on buy one get one half price. I don't use it every night but when my brain's chattering, a couple of tablespoons of this is a glass of hot water does the trick. My hubby says it stops snoring too !
