Hello all (again) -

Shall not bore you all with my woes (at this time) but wanted to check if anyone would know

what I am doing wrong when trying to place my order with Blue Horizon and apply the discount

(of10%) offer from Thyroid UK?

It comes up "not valid"......

:o(

I think you have to put in TUK10 but will check. Back in a minute. Yes it's still TUK10

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

OK, so that is what I did (twice)...... :o/

Do I need to register with the site to be eligible do you think?

UPDATE:

Nope - still not working for me...... *sigh*

I've also had this problem so gave up in the end...hopefully somebody will be able to come up with a solution.

Is it possible that this offer has lapsed now do you think.... I do hope not, as

it also benefited Thyroid UK.

I don't know what's up, because I used the code on another blood test (Thyroid Profile Advanced home blood test) and it was fine. It's a bit odd.

Hmm - I wonder if the discount isn't applicable for the simpler tests.....

Hi Shaws - would you be able to try to use the code on an order (without going through with it of course). There must be a step I'm missing..... :o/

Dumbblonde, email BH. It might be a site glitch.

Try TUK (space) 10.

It only works for thyroid tests. If, say, you order lipids profile it isn't valid.

I hope some of the above answers worked.

Did you check to see if the test you're ordering is one that's listed as discountable with that code? If not, you need to download the PDF from the main website here:

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

In answer to all helpful suggestions, it is a thyroid test, the PDF/link still shows the test as eligible for discount and I did try it with a space between the K and the 1......

Frustrating :o/

Hi DumbBlonde, I've tried it a few minutes ago and it doesn't work for me either, no matter how I enter it

Well, I'm "pleased" to know that it isn't only me, but it's not a good thing. I guess an email is in order and possibly some check with Thyroid UK.....

I think I had the same problem, eventually it worked, I'm not sure how but I think I tried putting the letters in lower case,

Good Luck

And ladies and gentlewomen - we have a result - thanks to Runnergirl :o)

Lower case it is!!!!

(Maybe the PDF would be better if it showed the code in l/c too....)

Hi All

I will contact Paul at BH to see if he can change it to caps as it will be easier than changing all of the info... : )

Hi Everyone,

My fault entirely, the answer was lower case!

I have updated the code now so that both lower and upper case works.

Sorry for all of the confusion,

Paul.
