Hi my B12 level has fallen from 1075 in August 2012 to 409 in October 2014. Is this a normal (expected ) fall or should I be asking the GP. I feel terrible with pins and needles, tinnitus and vision problems. Yes I am on T3 only. Any comments gratefully received!

Linda, Your B12 is under 500 so neurological symptoms can be experienced even though you will be within the normal B12 serum range. You may want to post on the HU PAS forum for advice on what questions/tests to ask your GP as your symptoms can indicate B12 deficiency.
Some people experience those symptoms on T3 only, particularly if FT3 is high. Have you had a recent FT3 test?
Are you supplementing ? Or were you and then stopped ?
T3 only is done by symptoms, not labs, as many people need a ft3 level way over range, in order to relieve the hypo symptoms. Are you having hyperthyroid symptoms?
