You probably have a residue of the tablet levo in your system yet. So give the liquid a little more time. If you don't feel any better he should prescribe some T3 to your levo. I don't think they realise that levothyroxine doesn't suit all of the people with hypo.
I was tried on the liquid thyroxine and didn't do well on it because of the amount of sugar in it aggravated my thrush. I was eventually put on Martindales lactose and sugar free thyroxine which I alternate with Thyrogold ie 100 mcg thyroxine, and one 300 mg thyrogold daily
I struggle with levothyroxine too and tried the liquid levo but what I found was that not long after taking it that it gave me nausea. GP has now put me on Levothyroxine capsules which I am tolerating better. Sx
That's really strange because the last few mornings I've felt really sick . It's so frustrating ! What's the difference do you think with the capsules ? I just wonder why you are tolerating them better ?
