Endocrinologist in Reading?

I've been referred to see the endocrinologist under the NHS. Does anyone know who is the leading Endocrinologist in Royal Berkshire Hospital? If so, is s/he any good?

I took a cursory look at Hugh Simpson, just because his name was first in the list in the first link. I don't know if this is suggesting he is the boss or not. I did a search on Google Scholar for papers written by HCR Simpson. His interests appear to be mainly related to cholesterol and diabetes.

I haven't checked out any of the others.

Have you any info.re good endocrinologists now. I have hypothyroidism but just diagnosed with Addison's.
