TSH 1.8 T4 23.5

my daughter had her bloods done recently and has a her endo appt soon. T3 was not taken.

Wondering what these mean. In July she went from 125 to 150 Levo in oct she started jerking

Anjh, what is the lab ref range for FT4? I can't tell without it whether your daughter is within range or over. TSH is within range but most people are comfortable with TSH around 1.0.

Anjh, your daughter's FT4 is only slightly over range which, as Silvery Fairy says, is fine as long as FT3 is in range. TSH 1.8 and FT3 23.5 doesn't suggest a dose reduction is needed. If GP suggests otherwise ask for a FT3 test first to check whether or not she is over range.

Mage really needs a FT3 reading as FT4 can be slightly over as long as FT 3 in range

Sorry can't edit on phone. How it changed you to Mage I don't know. Have you got any reading for when she was in the lower dose as that may give a better idea as well
