Georgiego, your TSH is still very high but has come down considerably from a month ago. FT4 looks low in range but is a bit of a guess without the lab ref range. Your fatigue will improve as your TSH drops. Ideally TSH will be just above or below 1.0 for most people to start feeling well. Has your GP prescribed a dose increase?
Most members will supplement methycobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches when B12 is <500. 1,000mcg daily should be enough but take a B complex to keep the other B vits balanced. This should also improve your folate as most contain 100% RDA of folic acid.
Ferritin is low. Optimal is 70-90. Supplement ferrous fumarate and take each tablet with 500mg-1,000mcg vitamin C to aid absorption and mitigate constipation.
