I haven't received any email notifications from HU for 5 days - is this a general problem or just me?

I haven't received any email notifications from Health Unlocked for 5 days - can anyone shed any light please?

Press the Help on the top green bar and you will come into HU and send them a message.

Mceltess, check your spam folder first. If not there, click on your username select Account and check that email notifications are ticked. Untick them, Tick them again and Save Changes. If you don't get email notifications tomorrow contact [e-mail]

Many thank to all for your helpful suggestions but nothing seems to work! Still not receiving notifications or emails as I used to until a month ago.
