Hi, I have been suffering from hypothyroidism since November 2008 and I've been put on T4 only meds since September this year. My GP called me about my symptoms that I have and when I mentioned I take T4 meds he says this isn't on my repeat prescriptions list. Does that mean I'm not entitled to it?

Who prescribed your T4? Was it a different GP? It may be that they forgot to put it on then repeat list or if it was a trial they were waiting to discuss its effect before making a repeat prescription. I would think that if you are improving and therefore need it you are certainly entitled to it.
So where have you been getting your Levo from? If you've been getting it from this GPs surgery its probably just an internal issue. Can you give a bit more info.
If a different GP prescribed your T4 then you should be prescribed sufficient at least until they can review your thyroid function. Can you make an appointment with the original GP?
