hypothyroid or hyperthyroid ..?

hello again, ive been taking 100mc of levothyroxin for 4 months now previously on 75 mc. thing is i feel worse now than i did lost over half a stone and with lost appettite feeling sick headaches and the tiredness omg. sleep for england. feel totaly rundown... going for blood tests in the morning see what the hell is going on , any advice i can ask the doctor about please. thanks juls ..

Juls, You are hypothyroid when you are prescribed Levothyroxine. I aso lost weight on T4, gained when I stopped T4 and lost it again when I resumed T4.

Don't take your Levothyroxine until after your blood test as it will skew the results. Ask your GP to test TSH, FT4 and FT3 (the lab may decline to test FT3 unless TSH is suppressed). Post your results with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) and members will advise.

Ask your GP to test ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate as hypothyroid patients are often deficient/low and these deficiencies can cause musculoskeletal pain, fatigue and low mood similar to hypothyroid symptoms. thanks cluster , just had the bloods done take 2 days for results but they dont do the t3 here, everything else yes . maybe not the b12 though as she says they do them when you suffer from mouth ulsers .? hmmm so ill post results later xx thanks for your input .

ok got my results tsh is 1.05 which is fine for me, vit d is low . at 34.8 ? what happens now .
