I dont believe ndt dissolves sub lingually. You either chew or swallow as far as i know

sip, I found my Armour not as effective at one time. I talked to someone at Forest Pharmaceuticals and they advised to swallow the pill whole. I may have tried taking it sublingually on occasional.
I did use to take mine sublingually but found by swallowing it I felt better.
no, but did not get the palpitations I was getting before.
