I am currently supplementing B12 2000mcg per day (Solgar sublingual methylcobalamin), but someone posted that it would be sensible to also take folate alongside this as the two work together.
I also want to try Mega-Mag magnesium drops to see if this helps.
My query is:
Should I take all three supplements, or is it too many to try out in one hit?

Twitchen, If your folate was low it's a good idea to supplement methylfolate with methylcobalamin. After correcting my folate deficiency I now supplement methylcobalamin only. I'm not honestly sure whether it is the correct thing to do but that's what I'm doing
No reason not to take magnesium with the other two but introducing them 2 weeks apart does let you know which supplement, if any, may be causing a problem.
