Funnily enough my order arrived today. Firstly my online order would not go through and thought my cc was rejected. Tried another card and the same happened. Phoned my cc provider to ask if there was a problem and there wasn't. I ended up phoning and sorting it out that way.
Secondly there was an item short and it was marked as 'stock error' on the packing slip. I had not received an e-mail to say that they couldn't supply it so no doubt I'll have to chase to get a refund on my cc.

Due to the fact that I couldn't find anyone who had dealt with this company yesterday and in fact there isn't much about them on the internet, I ordered from Amazon and paid a little bit more.

Hi, I've actually just put in my first order with them for bluebonnet chelated iron which has been recommended as the best type to get my ferritin levels up a bit quicker than Floradix will. That's all I can say though, as not received it yet.
Hi all, I have received my order finally from Natures Vale (I waited a good week). But now I don't know how best to take them, as it doesn't state on an empty stomach or with a meal. I will post something...
Natures vale has a thread on money saving expert forum, they are being investigated by police action fraud, many customers have lost money ordering from them, check the thread out and avoid them.

Wish I had read this before I placed an order last month !!!! Had received an email many days later...below.
My Natures Vale experience is 'pending', awaiting response and refund. But now my guess is that the money is spend is lost. Their website naturesvale.co.uk is now down and the same message appears which I received in the email.
''We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our site.
If you placed your order on or after Monday 25th August we may not have successfully received your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our technical team is working to resolve this issue and we hope to resume normal service shortly; unfortunately we will be unable to fulfil any orders which were not successfully received and shall be refunding payments for these missing orders. We expect all payments to be located and refunded by Friday 19th September and should reach customers accounts by Tuesday 23rd September.
