NDT equivalent doses

Hello everyone I've recently started on NDT and just wondered if there was any equivalent NDT to Levo table? I know it's not an exact science but what are the rough equivs - (I was on 150 Levo). The company RLC which makes Nature-Throid and Westhroid products has this table:

Be warned, the conversions seem to me to be cautious - so if you followed them to convert from levothyroxine to desiccated thyroid, you won't over-dose, but you might under-dose! (If converting from desiccated to levothyroxine, then you could over-dose.)
