48.9kg, up .9kg from 4 weeks ago although I can't see where it's hiding. The caramel eggs paid off! An excellent investment.
edited to say it wasn't the same pair of socks on for 2 years

Glad for you Clutter.
Remind me not to buy any of the eggs though
Don't think there'll be any available until Jan for Easter

I love you, Hypnoteq xx
Haha haha
Well done !! I will pass on the delicious caramel eggs though
Are the caramel eggs made by C*d*u*y*? If so, I can't eat them and I am desperate to gain weight. I have managed to gain almost 5 lbs in the last three months but I can lose it just by blinking. It is really hard work. I am eating huge meals and recently discovered lactose-free cheese which is helping (cannot manage l-f milk). I should make 48kg my target!
I noticed a request for free-from recipes on Thyroid UK's recent news - someone's publishing an ebook especially for us! Well, actually, it's a fund-raiser for Dr Skinner's work but it will benefit us too. Please send in your recipes.
LuckyLegs, yes they are Cadbury.
I have a poor appetite and have been advised to eat small frequent meals rather than one large one. If I really can't eat a meal I have a hunk of cheese, milk and fruit. I'm rather pleased with the gain as prior to thyroid fuss (to nick one of Mary's terms) I used to have a lower summer weight so hopefully this will stick and I'll continue to gain.
Pleased for you Clutter. I've got a spare few lbs you can have! Seem to have gone right off chocolate at the moment so you can have my share. Janet.
