Does anybody take, or have taken 7-Keto for their adrenals? Does it increase DHEA, and how much should I take?

So much conflicting advice and info, I really have no idea how much to take for adrenal fatigue (low DHEA really, as cortisol is ok - if not a little low).

Any advice on amount/make etc? Does it even work to raise DHEA levels?

I have low DHEA and take a DHEA tablet every day. I get it from a private doctor and it has really helped.

I took Dhea as mine is low but it gave me terrible acne and irritability on just 12.5mg a day. I've switched to 7 keto which seems better for me and definitely does seem to help. I get mine of a private doctor too, it was very expensive!
