Can anyone help with low TSH?
Hi. Do you currently have a diagnosis? Are you on any medication? Were any other tests done? What was your ft4 result?
It is a little difficult to know what it means without the above information.
Mostly people with hyperthyroidism will have a very low TSH but a few people with hypothyroidism have low TSH, particularly if they are on Thyroid medication or have central hypothyroidism.
It might be that you are hyper, it might be that you are on too much thyroid medication or it could be that you have central hypothyroidism. With a little more information, hopefully we can tell you which one is more likely
Also, how are you feeling? Sometimes TSH is misleading so how you feel is very important.

that would mean your hyper thyroid or over medicated if hypo
Hi It may be oK mine is, make sure you also know your T4 and Free T3 with ranges. Also with ,low tSH essential first test is a 24 hour urine collection for fairly rare Pituitary gland problems. Mainly associated with even small bumps on the head, may be as a child.

It means your medication is working...
Hi all, thanks for replying. I am currently taking 125mcg Levothyroxine and feel unwell, very lethargic, brain fog, overweight etc etc. My Dr has referred me to see an Endocrinologist and I'm trying to gather information to ask him. I have asked for a copy of my latest blood test results and will post them here then. I really do appreciate your help, Debs
