I tried to buy a test from Geneva Diagnostics but they need a practitioner number and I don't have one. Are there any places that will sell tests to individuals without the middle man?

I've used Smart Nutrition before (Google for the site). The owner of the business writes the referral. There may be others - I'm sure other folk will chime in soon.
