Or can anyone recommend where to buy online. The cost for 28 (20mg) tablets is 26 euro here in ireland. Its too expensive

I don't personally know if you can buy T3 (liothyronine) over the counter in Tenerife but you can always ask a local pharmacist.

If anyone has information about other sources they should private message you.

I tried to buy T3 in Tenerife in February but couldn't get it. I asked in about six pharmacy's. I was always told the same thing "not in Spain"
