Ferritin levels

I have recently had bloods done as my TSH had hiccupped from suppressed up to 1.36. It has now come back down to just under range. However my ferritin result was 35 in a range of 25-350. I know it needs to be higher than that, but does anyone have a link to evidence that proves us hypos need a higher level that I can show my gp? Is Spatone liquid sachets enough to bring it up?

Cheers Maggie x
