I have had some sort of flare over the last week, I have fibromylagia ( so the specialist has said after loads of tests) & hashimoto's and Osteoarthritis in my knees. I have had this pain before when I have had an infection elsewhere in my body - it always seems to go to my knees and ankles and everywhere really but mainly there. My knees become very red, but this time I have been conscious afterwards that I have felt poorly in myself (dizzy, nausea, sweats and blurry eyes for a couple of days). Slowly today I feel a bit better the burning has gone but my eyes are still a bit blurry with lots of floaters. Has anyone any experience of this? My father had RA and my mother Hashimotos.
Many thanks for reading this.

This is a link re fibromyalgia by the Director of Fibromyalgia Research Foundation who died two years ago, for information. There are also other topics at the top of the page.
There is no information on your profile and I don't know whether you are on medication, what medication?dose?
You may not be on enough medication. Can you get a print-out of your latest thyroid gland blood test results, with the ranges, and post on a new question if you don't have them to hand. If you've not already had a blood test for Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate ask for these as we are usually deficient.
Hello Shaws thank you for your response - here are my recent thyroid results -
TSH 1.0 T3 1.4, T4 17.8 Vitamin B12 409 & Vitamin D 39. I had requested the B12 & D after reading articles on this site. I also was told that I was Vit D deficient about a year ago from the Rheumatologist but my own doctor just said that I would make it up in the summer. About 6 months ago I had a test for folate and Ferritin I think & these were normal.
