I have a scar from a cystic acne but it's still has swelling around. Can anything make it go down.

Vitamin e oil, wheatgerm oil and coconut oil are good for scar healing in the early stages but I don't know that they'll help reduce the swelling. Can you ask for a referral to a dermatologist?

Try Sterex, which is basically a witch hazel cooling gel. As soon as I get any spot which isn't very often, but tend to be cystic when I do, I put this stuff on and it immediately stops any further swelling and reduces it over a couple of days. You can purchase from amazon - it is brilliant.
