Where do you order your NDT from and what is the protocol for switching?

I feel as if I may be forced to self medicate with NDT and go down this route.

I would really appreciate it if those who are self medicating on NDT, if you could PM me where you order from and how you made the switch...i.e. dosages and increasing.

I was on 300mcg a day but have been told to reduce to 200mcg a day of Levo.....and already starting to feel so unwell.
