I've just started getting cramp in front right side of my neck , it's getting more frequent and feels really weird!! This morning my daughter agreed my neck looked a bit puffy on right SIdeI've never had any signs of any kind ( visually or a lump in throat) do u think the cramp/ tight pulling thingy is related to my thyroid???

If you haven't had a recent thyroid gland blood test, ask for a full Thyroid Function Test. The lab may only do the TSH . If it is 'within normal range' they don't usually do the others. Also ask your GP to do a Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate. Your GP may palpate your neck or refer you to an Endo.

Do not take levo on morning of blood test and have it as early as possible, take it afterwards. If you take you meds at night miss this dose and take after test.

Post your results, with the ranges, when you get them.

I've just had my bloods done last week, I did miss my dose of thyroxine over that weekend , going tom to get results and will post, thanks for advice. Let's see if I get good response from doc! Not much faith tho!! Never seen a endo!
