I have never had thyroid issues, no one in my family has thyroid issies. Now I have hypothyroidism and I've been on the nexplanon for 29 months. There is a petition on change.org urging Nexplanon makers to research further into this possible connection. I have also had symptoms that many other women do not have with the nexplanon but some do. Such as irregular bleeding, general fatigue, fast heartbeat, low blood pressure

no one in my family had thyroid problems

my daughter was diagnosed about 8 years ago

i was diagnosed after her

i didnt have a thyroid condition when i first had mine fitted (cant remember when must have been 2009-20010 because my mum was still with us

i was diagnosed hypo after my mum passed

i have fibroids so have big heavy bleeds
