Thyroxine increase effecting period?!

Thyroxine increase effecting periods?

I upped my dose from 150/175 to 175 about 3-4 wks ago. My period was 5 days early last month and is now 6 days late this month. I'm panicking as I don't want to be pregnant. Is this possible..

Hypothyroidism affects everything in your body and one of the main symptoms are 'female problems' with erratic periods etc.

Are you on the correct dose of medication? Do you feel well otherwise?

Yes I increased to get rid of constipation etc feeling good apart from my late late late period.
