What does a low t4 result mean eg 1.07 (9-23) range

It means your body does not have enough Thyroxine, either that which your own thyroid is making or medication you might have been prescribed, such as Levothyroxine. Does that make sense? Have you been diagnosed hypothyroid?

Hi it was my first ever blood test result, it was never explained properly to me, since that i have had a tt and taking 150 micro of levo

You do mean that was your blood test after TT do you? It surely could not have been the one before TT or did you have a serious problem with your thyroid?

No this result was before my tt, and thats when they eventually recognised i had thyroid propblem and i was diagnosed and treated thank goodness
