Anyone else have hashimotos and red cheeks and palms

I get SUPER red cheeks especially in the early evening till ..... For hours if have stopped looking at my face these days.

I get a red stripe down my throat. I know the red hands - have had that too though I don't have them at the moment. Have you read this? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carot... I know the pigment is orange but as palms are already darker I wonder if there is some variation from individual to individual so that some people's hands may appear redder rather than orange.

It can also indicate rheumatoid arthritis or Sjogren's so I wonder if there may be an auto-immune connection.

I'd love to know what it is...my palms are hot & red on the outer right side from the middle then up under all fingers...there is a very clear distinct line if I turn my hand , like twist it on the side and then at the base of my wrist very red then white. No doc knows what it is
