Wow!! Really interesting!!! Please read!
The paper mentions milk being fortified - that may be true in the USA but little milk in the UK has added vitamin D.

they also wrote them down wrong,, d3 is not ergo and it's not from plants. plus not everyone with low d has low calcium and high pth ,,
I'd suggest this post identifies a more comprehensive vitamin D download:
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu....
Indeed, I'd put that as one of the best.

It was first paragraph that l thought wow! No wonder so many have pain!
Thanks for posting...
Will give a copy to my GP - none of my results were good on my last blood test but low vitD was the only one commented on by my surgery.....no action taken
It's the first paragraph that grabbed my attention! Been told bits are wrong further down, still new to this side of things vitamin d ... But seeing that first paragraph!! I'm like no wonder loads of us have many many symptoms! X
It is interesting as it mentions in the first few paragraphs that due to low vit D calcium levels will be low and that causes rickets. I kept having rickets when I was a child.
I also read somewhere else that there is a link with thyroid problems and scoliosis and I have scoliosis as well
I had sun lamp treatment as a kid I !! I dint know why? If you read last few sentences on page it does state the article isn't meant to give medical advise and to talk to a proffessional ...I'm new to all this like I said first paragraph grabbed my attention, whilst Im Knowledge hungry!
It makes me wonder if pressuring mothers to breastfeed is really the best thing for babies.
Iv`e always thought that bullying mother into breastfeeding may not be quite such a good idea, now I know that it isn`t.
Thank you deniD
I think everyone should read this piece, I recently saw a very unhelpful private gastroenterologist, but, he did say he would suggest my GP do a VitD test, admitting that it was now being recognised that VitD was very important - unfortunately nothing has been forthcoming from my GP.
