You may have noticed that there has been an increase in spam lately. Thank you to anyone who has taken the time to file Abuse Reports about this.

Please be assured that the Admin team take this very seriously and we have been in constant contact with HU about the problem.

Please find below their response....

Over the last week HealthUnlocked has seen an increase in spam, however I can report that the situation is now much more limited. Due to the steps taken by the team, a spam filter has been implemented that will automatically delete suspicious content – this is why the posts were deleted very quickly after you saw them. In future we are putting in place a system to look for key words which will mean that spam is stopped is before it is posted.
