Hi Rosetrees, thanks for your reply.

I'm not saying it was easy but it wasn't hard either. I just necked it down. ;)

hi jo , just keep going onwards and upwards , but , I know that YOU will get there with the help --- if you take it all on board ---- never forget though that some meds need some time to 'hit' your system to have any kind of effect .....you need to have a little patience to allow them to affect your well being and change your body/system and feelings positively ......most will not work immediately they need time to get working [ they may have to reverse whatever has been going on beforehand before they can work to their optimal effect ] ...... stay in there girl ....<<<hugs>>> alan x

Hi Alan, thanks for your reply. Hugs back!! :D

I feel MILDLY better since taking the Vitamin D. The spray dose is 3000IU with 1500% of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin D and is sublingual, so I presume it acts quickly?

Seems too good to be true that it would be acting as quickly as that?

Also drank more water today as well. :)
