Very interesting article which everyone with gluten intolerance/coeliac should read.
Makes you wonder what the hell we are doing with our food, if any concrete answers will ever be found and, more importantly, if it will ever be taken up by main stream medicine.

Is there anyway you can edit this post so that it will show up in our "Gluten free chats" section so that others looking for gluten free info will be able to find it. You have to use the "no category" drop down box to do this, and then choose the "gluten free chants" option, which I think only the poster can edit.
