I believe it's supposed to be taken twice a day although I only take one dose.

Be patient!

As your ferritin levels aren't too low it shouldn't take too long. I'm on floradix too (started over 2 weeks ago) but my levels are very low (7)so I am not feeling the difference yet. I have taken floradix in the past when my levels weren't that low but was anemic and it took about 3 or 4 weeks for me to start feeling better again. Hang in there...hope you feel better soon.

Don't forget to take a good dose of vit c with it. It helped my absorption no end.

Hi Best to take with half tablet of vit c, for absorption. it takes 3-4 months, then retest, likely to always need it.

Hi I have a problem with absorption, there is one test that shows that a %, GP`s do not always do it, go for a single cheaper test!My Endo said to always take it with the Vit C ie at the same time It does not show that on the packet. Also as you know most of them not near food, although some are, tea and coffee at the time a no.It will start to go up but takes 3-4 m months to be completely in the system. Then the blood test shows if enough. if % low then you need a lot extra, what ever the results. Then annual tests.

I hope this helps,

Jackie
