Multi vitamin and mineral without iodine

Could you please tell me where u can get a good multi vitamin and mineral, either together or separate without added iodine,, am hypo and can't find anything without Iodine in.. thanks ! Ian

I am right in thinking I should avoid added iodine aren't I..?

As far as I understand, no we should not supplement if hypo and taking levo. T

It's amazing that it's so difficult to obtain this without iodine in UK..

Everyone needs some iodine! Even if you have thyroid problems. Do you get a good amount from diet? To be honest in multivitamins there really isn't that much iodine in them,the majority are less that 100% of the RDA (and you probably won't absorb it all anyway). People usually run into iodine problems when they try taking high doses of it. So I would say if there isn't a ridiculous amount in the ones you have seen,you will probably be safe taking them.
