Please can someone explain what this means and how i would expect to be feeling like, well in general, as i know everyone differs so much. Im normally underactive.

I am not sure what your doctor means by borderline hypothyroid T4 as you say you are underactive (which is hypothyroidism). If you have a copy of your latest thyroid gland blood tests please post the results with the ranges which will enable members to comment more fully.
