...I replied to your post two months ago but didn't see or read anymore about your situation. I think the same answer applies ! No need to test Anti-bodies again. Are you Gluten Free ? Auto-immune diseases improve when gluten is removed and the gut is healed. Check out Izabella Wentz on the net - her website and book are excellent and you can sign up for her Newsletter which should be helpful....
The NHS thinks the antibodies are irrelevant. I get my own tests done and have been amazed at how well my self treatment is working. Over a year, my antibodies have dropped by a third. I did this with an extensive programme of self injecting b12 every couple of weeks for my p anaemia; cutting out gluten for my coeliac the nhs missed for a decade, switching to ndt and determining the RIGHT dose for me as opposed to the nhs tick box system. I have a negative tsh and it works for me. Also high dose selenium daily and an iron infusion helped alot.
Calming the auto immune response is important, but you will need to do it yourself as nhs is obsessed only with tsh
Your symptoms are classic hypoT, you need to get on the right dose of whatever works for you, whether ndt or levo
