Overdose of levo

I've just realised that for the last 7 days I have been taking 150 mcg of levo instead of my regular dose of 125mcg. It's a long story and won't bore you with the details!

Shall I take just 100mcg for the next few days. I feel slightly hyper but nothing serious. Thanks !

I would miss one day's dose then continue as usual but I am not medically qualified. That's what Dr S suggested in his book.
