Hi got my b12 results today and they are 2.58. I haven't got a clue what this means . Good or bad ??? Many thanks

That looks like an extraordinarily unlikely result on either the standard "serum B12" test (typically more like 200 to 800) or the more recent "Active B12" test (something like 25 to 125).

Could that decimal point be wrong?.

Hi this is what the receptionist told me and as this is new to me I just took her word !! I will go in on Friday and ask to see them and then post again ,

My suggestion: Make sure they print it out.

2.58 looks suspiciously like a possible TSH result?

that cant be right it should be in the range of 200 to 950 better have it checked out
