What a lovely man you are Alan. You also help, support and comfort people on this site as much as everyone else so a big thank you needs to be said to you to - you even sold your teddy bear to help others not to mention your tin can collection which raised hundred of pounds for thyroiduk.

My thoughts too, Alan! I've only just discovered this forum as the possibility of my poor health being due to thyroid problems has only just come to light.
