Could be lots of things but its definitely early pregnancy symptoms too. I'd take a test. I actually found the cheap pound shop ones to be very sensitive early on and I had my positive first on those. Good luck x

Is there any chance you have become hyper? I had the same symptoms and when I reduced my medication ever so slightly the nauseous and dizziness went away. I had an out of range TSH 0.26 lowest range 0.39 so I was slightly aware I might go hyper. Do you know your blood results? Please don't reduce your meds without speaking to your GP. On the other hand it's worth while doing the pregnancy test.

Have you been diagnosed as having a thyroid gland problem. If so, are you on medication?

Before diagnosis and at the beginning of treatment I was always nauseous - just like pregnancy. Menstrual problems are also one of the clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism.

I've been tested for hypothyroidism and they said I didn't have it

Hi It could be lots of things, see how you are in another week. I always new 1 was pregnant ( no tests in those days) even before I missed a period as I felt so ill.I would also get your tSH, T4 and Free T3 tested for thyroidism.
