Are you diagnosed? On treatment? If so which meds?

What sort of symptoms are you having?

Please confirm that these are UK blood results? It would be quite unusual to have both TSH and FT4 low. Please can you check that these are correct.

thanks louise ! these results are correct . made in Egypt/cairo

my symptoms are headaches, unexplained weight gain,dry skin, brittle hair, muscle pain... blood pressure swings

i did blood analysis today again...will receive them soon. my problem is that they dont treat unless my results are obvious... they dont put symptoms into consideration...

I wonder if perhaps you have other issues that may be keeping your TSH low in range even though your thyroid hormones are low in range. These things include, but are not limited to; iron, ferritin, vitamin b12, folate and vitamin d. If these levels are low it can affect your thyroid blood tests so it is wise to get them checked. Deficiencies in these can also cause the symptoms you mention, or at least exacerbate them.

I hope this points you in the right direction to getting some help.
