Im no expert on this but there are lots of info on the net. I have found this site to be very informative, have a look at some of the threads on thyroid and adrenals.

Gosh! That's a tall order, not easily explained in a short post here. Why not Google it? There are many books too. One called "Stop the thyroid madness ", obviously mainly connected to thyroid problems, has a good section on adrenals. The subject goes on and on...and arguments rage as to whether one can have adrenal insufficiency, not recognised by the medical profession, or only full blown Addison's or Cushing's disease. The former is too little cortisol, the latter too much but it is very complicated. When you understand it more, a post specific to your own problems would be helpful. Hope you find out what you need.
