levo increased from 50 - 100mcg 5 days ago, today I have a sudden burst of energy plus heart racing, feeling warm, fingers slightly tingly.

Is this normal and will it settle down soon? i'm not complaining, I've just rushed round my house cleaning and tidying like a demon (my friends would tell you i was ill if they saw this, my house usually looks like it's been burgled) although i should be sitting at my desk and data entering, but i just felt too jittery to do that. I do feel great, but would like to have teh energy without the heart racing and fidgetiness!

I doubled my dose at one time as well but I did it a little more gradually; over a period of a couple of weeks. Your immediate jump may cool down but I don't think it would cause harm to cut back a little and work back up.

Usually, the increase is more gradual, i.e. up by 25mcg each time. Heloise suggestion is good.
